Ivo Trajkov

Ivo Trajkov is a director, producer, actor, and editor based in Prague. Born in Skopje, North Macedonia (then Yugoslavia), he studied at the famous FAMU academy in Prague, before deciding to establish himself permanently in the Czech capital. His filmography as director and screenwriter includes 8 features, which have been screened at numerous international festivals and received several awards: these include Minulost (1998), The Great Water (2004), and The Ballad of Piargy (2022). He is also the producer of the acclaimed Czech television series Unexplained Deaths and continues to teach screenwriting and editing at FAMU.
