Milko Lazarov
Director
Milko Lazarov is a Bulgarian director and producer born in 1967. He graduated from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts (NATFA) in Sofia, Bulgaria, where he has worked as a lecturer. His feature debut Alienation (2013) premiered and was awarded at Venice in the official selection of Venice Days. His sophomore effort, Ága (2018) premiered out of competition at the Berlinale and was awarded with the Heart of Sarajevo at the city’s International Film Festival.
