Minister for Refugee Evictions Giorgi Mchedlishvili (Nika Tavadze) sees his comfortable life turned upside down following a humiliating election defeat. As Giorgi clings to the trappings of power and tensions grow between him and his daughter (Nato Jugheli), his office chair begins to take on a life of its own, with outrageous consequences.
