Kirill Sokolov

Born in 1989 in St Petersburg, Kirill Sokolov graduated from Peter the Great St Petersburg Polytechnic University before attending workshops on filmmaking. Why Don’t You Just Die! is Sokolov’s first full-length feature following four short films which established him as the inventor of the sub-genre known as the “Interior Western”.
